Tools, Tips & Benefits of Partnership

Get the most out of your Sedona Chamber partnership! Bookmark this page and use your tools, tips and benefits often. All submissions for Sedona Chamber publications listed below may only contain business news, events and discounts. We reserve the right to edit or reject submissions that do not meet these criteria or compromise the Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau mission, goals and values.

Free for Partners | Leave No Trace Proud Supporter Program

The Sedona Chamber made an investment for Sedona Chamber partners to have access to the official Leave No Trace Proud Supporters materials. You can use them to educate your guests on the Seven Principles of Leave No Trace. These professionally-created materials include logos, icons, social-sized images and signs for you to download and use in all of your communications.

Be part of a larger initiative to amplify our message of environmental responsibility as well as give visitors the information they need to be part of the solution.

Coupon/Offer

  • A coupon should be a special offer, not an ongoing discount.
  • A discount may run up to three months. You can change the terms at any time. You may also post discounts for a future date.
  • Each of your category listings may have no more than two active coupons at a time.
  • An image is not required, but highly recommended. The image size should be 1240 pixels wide x 775 pixels high.

If you do not already have an image uploaded to your partner profile, do that FIRST.
To add images (or video) to your profile page, login to the Extranet. You will find navigation tabs on the left side of the screen.
  • Select Collateral from the left column.
  • Select Media from the flyout menu.
  • Then click the BLUE Add New Media button.
  • Complete the form. (ALL red fields are REQUIRED information.)
  • ALWAYS remember to click the BLUE Save button.

Next add your coupon or special offer…
  • Select Collateral from the left column.
  • Click on Special Offer.
  • Click on the BLUE Add Offer button.
  • Complete the form. (ALL red fields are REQUIRED information.)
  • ALWAYS click the BLUE Save button.

Once your coupon is submitted, staff will review and approve coupons before they are displayed on the website.

To repeat an expired coupon, you can clone an existing coupon after it has expired.
