Excellent customer service will set your business apart from others.  It is especially important during this time, as we deal with the impacts of COVID19; business closures, reduced hours, limited occupancy of restaurants, employee stress and CDC safety guidelines.  This webinar will focus on basic customer service skills such as communication, enthusiasm, empathy and knowledge and how to train your staff in these critical skills.  The webinar will also provide strategies for dealing with conflict and difficult situations.

Partner Benefit Review

FREE Shredding Event for our Sedona Communityshredding-event

When: Friday, January 8,  9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Where: Sedona Chamber of Commerce Administrative Office, 45 Sunset Dr, Sedona
Details: Please lineup in the parking lot at the Sedona Chamber Event sign and remain in your car. For safety reasons, this will be a contactless event. Please place your items to be shred in your back seat or trunk for staff to handle.
