Position:                   Office Administrator  (Full-time)

The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for those calling or visiting the Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau Administrative Office; professionalism is of utmost importance.  This position must maintain a clean office environment and order supplies as needed.  This position will assist with data entry, office mailouts and execute general tasks.

Position:                      Partner Services Coordinator  (Full-time)

The Partner Services Coordinator will work in tandem with the Director of Partner Services in supporting, growing and guiding the organization’s members. This position will also assist with event planning, production, coordination, and execution.  Responsibilities include assistance in maintaining the annual programming and events budget, as well as analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of Chamber programs and events.  The successful candidate will interact positively with fellow staff members, Chamber member businesses, and third-party vendors as needed.

Position:                      Programs Manager

The Programs Manager will be responsible for working with multiple key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our organization’s annual Destination Management Plan components as assigned. The Programs Manager will also help lead the new vision/mission of the existing Sedona Sustainable Tourism Plan.

Position:                     Communications Manager

The Communications Manager is responsible for creating and implementing a communications plan which engages Sedona Chamber partners, media, community, visitors, and stakeholders.  This position will work to enhance the external awareness of Sedona as a desired and sustainably minded tourism destination, while also supporting our role as a community champion and collaborator.  Responsible for the day-to-day management, content creation and execution of internal and external communications, maintaining a consistent message across all mediums. The Communications Manager also is a resource for Sedona Chamber partners regarding their benefits and how to access them.
