Libraries Unite to Present Roger Naylor
January 28, 2021
Sedona Public Library is pleased to partner with Camp Verde Community Library and Cottonwood Public Library to welcome popular Arizona author Roger Naylor back to the Verde Valley community! Join us for a virtual author presentation on Naylor’s newest guidebook, Arizona’s Scenic Roads and Hikes: Unforgettable Journeys in the Grand Canyon State. This free virtual event is presented via Zoom on February 12, 2021 from 1:30 – 3 p.m.
Sedona Public Library is dedicated to bringing the best programs possible to the entire Verde Valley through the power of partnership and collaboration. We are currently working with our sister libraries to develop a shared collection of authors, artists, and musicians to celebrate the incredibly rich and diverse talent found here in the Verde Valley region. Please check sedonalibrary.org and follow us on social media for updates on future programming and collaborations!
In this exciting virtual author presentation made possible by a collaboration with our sister libraries in the Verde Library Group, Roger Naylor will read excerpts and share images from his newest book, followed by an audience Q&A. Naylor is a regular and much-loved author at Sedona Public Library events and we are certain that Naylor’s presentation will be a storytelling treat.
A great guide for anyone who loves exploring the beauty of the outdoors, Roger Naylor helps his readers find drives and hikes to enjoy the state of Arizona. Naylor writes, “After these past months of lingering stress and anxiety, we need to go outside and play. No better or safer way to do that than taking a languid, winding, windows-open scenic drive across the breath-snatching Arizona landscape.” Along with the many striking photographs taken by the author, photographer Mike Koopsen from the Village of Oak Creek also contributed beautiful images to this guidebook.
