The event will be held at the Club Wyndham Sedona, located at 1500 Kestrel Cir, Sedona, AZ 86336, in the Javelina Hall on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Adult volunteers are needed on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM to help with setup. Free snacks and beverages will be available. Children must be present with their parents or guardians to receive school supplies. Parents or guardians must be Sedona residents. All non-resident children attending any Sedona School shall receive backpacks and school supplies, and must be with their parent or guardian. one backpack per child. Teacher participation, input, and recommendations are welcome. If you would like to donate school supplies, they must be received by 2:00 PM on July 11, 2025, at the above address.
