Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is dedicated to supporting the community and organizations of northern Arizona. That’s why they are pleased to announce the month of October as the “Month of Giving”. Each week, Cliff Castle Casino Hotel will donate to a local non-profit whose missions and goals are to create a more equitable and thriving community.

This week’s recipient is Verde Valley Sanctuary which will receive a $10,000 donation.

Verde Valley Sanctuary is the only agency focused on supporting victims of domestic abuse in the area. They provide shelter, legal, counseling and outreach to victims of abuse all at no charge. The demand for their services has never been greater. They have been forced to cover hotel costs since the shelter has been at capacity for some time. They also have hired a nurse practitioner to assist with COVID testing and have incurred significant unbudgeted expenses for PPE.

“Cliff Castle Casino Hotel believes in the mission and work of these incredible organizations,” said Aaron Moss, General Manager of Cliff Castle Casino Hotel. “We are constantly looking for ways to get involved and give back, especially this year, and we are proud to support caring organizations across northern Arizona that are making an impact on the quality of life in our area.”
