My name is David Daluz known as “DD”. I have lived in Sedona for over 26 years and worked in the culinary and hospitality industry for over 45 years. I was fortunate to be mentored by a top graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, the most prestigious culinary school in the country. Together, we operated a catering company in Boston, Massachusetts for 7 years prior to coming to Sedona. He instilled upon me his incredible skill and passion for great tasting food as well as a true understanding and respect for the dining experience throughout all it’s courses. I am a personal chef that will come to your home or vacation home and prepare a custom dining experience from appetizers to dessert. My creations are simple but full of flavor and personality. I work directly with my Client to produce the most memorable dining experience achievable. All my dishes are Client driven, I produce what the Client desires. I call it “Executive Home Dining”.
