Call for Artists

An Artist-A-Day Fall Arts & Crafts Live Online Series

The Sedona Heritage Museum is sad that they can’t hold their usual annual Fall Arts & Crafts Fair in October. However, knowing how much local artists and crafters depend on shows like theirs, they will host a facebook live series entitled “Artist a Day” in October and November.

Any artists or crafters who make hand-made items are invited to participate. Registration is open now at SedonaMuseum.org/annual-events/. Only hand-made items will be featured.

For viewers, this will be the perfect opportunity to do holiday shopping for one of a kind items. Vendors will be sharing what inspires them, how they make their items, special materials used and how items can be shipped, picked up or delivered.

Live presentations will begin on October 16 and continue into November depending on how many vendors sign-up. Live shows are scheduled for 7:00 p.m. These will be available through the Museum’s Facebook page and a zoom meeting opportunity.

There is a $10 registration fee for vendors. The Museum will use the fees to pay for Facebook ads to promote the series and the vendors’ online ‘shows’. After a vendor registers they will receive further information, along with coaching and tips for making a good online presentation. The presentations will be recorded and be available for later viewing and shopping through the holidays in December.
