Non-partner Rack Card Program

The Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau is a non-profit service organization whose mission is to serve local business and our community at large.  To better fulfill that mission, and in response to the City’s request that non-partner businesses be provided access to Visitor Center presence, we have implemented the Visitor Center Rack Card Program for Non-Partners.  The program offers presence to Sedona based businesses who would like rack card distribution, but do not want to take advantage of the other partner services we provide.

The Program

Exposure will be limited to rack card presence in the uptown Visitor Center

The cost is $250 per year – 12 months from month of purchase

Participants shall pay the cost in full prior to rack card distribution

There will be basic requirements for participation in the brochure program:

1. Businesses must be located within the city limits of Sedona

2. Businesses must provide proof of a qualifying business address with any of the following:

  • Copy of City Business License
  • Copy of Utility Bill
  • Copy of Lease/Rental Agreement

3. Participants will be entitled to appear in one (1) Category/Sub-category

4. Available only to Tourism related businesses in the following category/sub-categories:

Personal & Spiritual Enrichment
Accommodations
Arts & Culture
Attractions & Entertainment
Outdoor Recreation
Tours & Sightseeing
Dining & Drinks
Retail Shopping

The program requires that any business wanting to participate submit a completed application to the SCC&TB.  Copies of the program application are available at the Chamber’s administrative office, located at 45 Sunset Drive in West Sedona, upon request.
