She previously served as a senior policy director in the U.S. House of Representatives and in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. She has been honored as Woman of the Year by the Arizona Capitol Times (2024), named among Arizona's Most Influential Women by AZ Business Magazine (2024), and received the 2025 Pete C.
