Community invited to discover local resources for holistic health and wellness
Cottonwood, Arizona -The public is invited to attend a free Wellness Expo on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 969 On the Greens Blvd., Cottonwood, Arizona.Presented by the Verde Valley Wellness Network, the event will showcase local wellness professionals and practitioners offering a wide variety of holistic health services and educational opportunities.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore services including yoga, meditation, massage therapy, nutrition, naturopathic practices, wellness coaching, sound healing, and more. Throughout the day, practitioners will provide demonstrations, mini sessions, and wellness education designed to help individuals discover new ways to support their health and well-being.
All attendees will receive a raffle ticket for the event’s Grand Prize: a complimentary night in the Pines Inn Wellness Recovery Suite. Additional raffles and giveaways from participating practitioners will include free sessions, wellness services, and other prizes.
The Wellness Expo is designed to connect the community with the Verde Valley’s growing network of wellness resources and practitioners in a welcoming and educational environment.
