David Key
President & CEO
David Key is a nonprofit executive dedicated to serving the small business community of Arizona with a focus on sustainable growth and innovation. He currently serves as the President & CEO of the Greater Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau. Prior to this role, David served as the Director of Business Development at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, where he strengthened the relationship between the small business community and public institutions such as the City of Tempe and Arizona State University. A highlight of his career was establishing a scholarship program between Rio Salado Community College and Amazon for the Tempe Workforce Skills Accelerator program, a workforce development program designed to help upskill the employees of local businesses.

Donna Retegan
Member Services Director
Donna joined the Chamber Team in 2009 as the Membership Coordinator at the Administrative Office and in 2011 became the Director of Member Development and in 2012 became the Director of Visitor Services for the Sedona Chamber Visitor Center. Donna has lived in Sedona since 1997 and was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. She enjoys spending time with her husband Greg and their two daughters, Rachel and Lauren and their four grandchildren. She is a graduate of Verde Valley Leadership, Class VII and was a member of the Cottonwood and Sedona Toastmasters Club. She is passionate about the Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau and the importance of educating our visitors while they are visiting Sedona. And the importance of businesses becoming partners within this organization to assist them with the tools they need to increase their business growth and success.

Victoria Latunski
Visitor Services Director
Victoria grew up in Michigan and moved to Arizona in 1990. She worked at Arizona State University while earning two degrees, a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Fine Arts - Sculpture. She has held administrative positions for Arizona State University and Scottsdale Public Art. She loves parks and recreation and worked as a park ranger at Red Rock State Park. She has lived in Sedona for over eight years and enjoys hiking, biking and yoga. She is passionate about placemaking and creating a strong sense of community. She hopes to create and promote cultural, educational and recreational activities for the community.

Gary Stewart
Finance Director
Gary Stewart joined the Chamber team in 2019 as the Director of Finance. After college Gary started out in public accounting as a financial statement auditor and then worked as the CFO for a Chicagoland community bank for twenty-six years. Visits to Sedona began in 2003 and Gary and Mary Jane made the move to Sedona from Illinois in 2018. Gary enjoys hiking, golfing, listening to music and working around the house and in the yard. Gary and Mary Jane look forward to exploring their new home state.

Shanandoah Sterling
Events Director
Shanandoah is a business owner, and she understands the dedication and long hours it takes to succeed. Her background in travel, tourism, events, professional writing, executive management, and leadership guides her quest to assist other businesses in thriving. Since 2000, Shanandoah has operated a wedding business, planning 700 events, and has facilitated 200 business meetings, workshops, and events for the Greater Sedona Chamber.
Shanandoah Sterling was born in St. Thomas Virgin Islands, US, and grew up in New Hampshire. Her love of cultures, traveling, and tourism stems from the beautiful New England states and her international experiences.
She has received a Travel and Tourism Management Certification, a BA in English and Creative Writing, and is working on her graduate degree, MFA in Creative Writing.
Shanandoah has called Sedona home since 2003. When she’s not working, you’ll find her playing in Northern Arizona’s splendid nature with her husband and dog, hiking, camping, kayaking, or quietly taking in a sunset.

Doug Hughes
Marketing & Communications Director
Doug is passionate about the Chamber’s mission of championing business interests and brings over two decades of experience in marketing, entrepreneurship, and business growth to his role. An accomplished writer and marketing strategist, Doug has driven significant results throughout his career in roles with startups, agencies, and in-house teams across various industries.
