Introducing The Verde Valley Current: A New Tourism-Focused Publication Serving Sedona and the Greater Verde Valley

Reach Active Visitors with Affordable, Full-Color Advertising Starting at $225/Month

As fellow Sedona Chamber of Commerce members, we're excited to introduce you to The Verde Valley Current — a monthly, full-color, family-owned community newspaper and website dedicated to tourism in Sedona and the Greater Verde Valley.

We've just published our fifth issue, and the response from both readers and distribution partners has been genuinely encouraging, with growing demand for additional copies across the region.

Who We Are

Think of us as a trusted "bulletin board" for visitors and locals alike — a go-to guide for what to do, where to go, and how to experience the best of the Verde Valley, alongside community stories, events, and the local voices that make this area so special.

You can view our recent issues HERE.

Where You'll Find Us

We currently distribute to 150+ high-traffic locations throughout Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, Camp Verde, Cornville, Page Springs, and surrounding communities — including hotels, visitor centers, restaurants, coffee shops, retailers, and tour operators.

Visitors pick up the paper when they check in to their lodging or while they're out exploring, and use it to decide what to do next during their stay.

Advertising Opportunities

For tour and experience providers looking to reach active, in-market visitors, we offer simple, affordable, full-color advertising designed to complement word-of-mouth and concierge recommendations. Monthly rates start as low as $225, with no contracts, no design fees, and flexible placement with short lead times.

⏰ Act Now: The March Issue Deadline Is Coming Up Fast

Our March issue coincides with the spring tourism ramp-up — one of the strongest windows of the year to reach visitors who are actively looking for things to do. If you want your business in front of that audience, now is the time to get in touch. Space is limited and lead times are short, so don't wait.

Let's Connect

We love connecting with local operators to share story ideas, seasonal updates, news tips, or explore becoming a distribution location. We'd welcome a conversation — whether to answer questions, explore advertising or promotional partnerships, discuss editorial coverage, or talk about distribution at your location.

We'd love to hear from you and help tell your story.
