- Declining a $268,900 marketing budget increase and asking for the funds to be used for Sedona in Motion transportation improvements
- Pausing marketing spending at FY18 levels and canceling in-state marketing this summer
- Reinvesting 23% of the tourism budget in Sedona visitor-related infrastructure
- Improving way-finding signage to facilitate traffic flow
- Completing Sedona’s first Sustainable Tourism Plan
- Developing a live parking app so visitors can disembark quickly
- Promoting WalkSedona.com and Sedona Secret 7 to disperse foot & vehicle traffic
- Building relationships with planners to increase mid- week meetings/conventions
