SUBMIT YOUR PROMOTIONS, DEALS AND EVENTS FOR SEDONA’S HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
SCC&TB is now collecting special offers and events for our annual holiday campaign, which will be promoted October 2017 through Jan. 2, 2018. This is a free opportunity for our partners, intended to drive leisure traffic between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve.
Please follow the below instructions to submit your promotions by September 29:
1. Login to the ExtraNet by clicking here.
2. Select the Collateral section in the left navigation.
3. Click “Special Offers”
4. Follow the prompts to add all the details for your promotion.
5. When selecting the category, choose “Holiday Specials”.
Your special offer will be automatically included on SedonaChamber.com or if you are a Tourism Bureau partner, it will ALSO be listed on VisitSedona.com. Only two offers per partner listing will be accepted. You must include a link to your website where users can easily find additional information. 3. Include a compelling description
4. Include a link to your website where users can easily find additional information
5. Include an image (jpg, gif or png format) that is 500 x 500 pixels
6. Be sure to include your Twitter and FaceBook account links

In addition to promotions and events, SCC&TB is requesting information on Thanksgiving dinners hosted at Sedona-area resorts, hotels and restaurants. Please send descriptions, dates, times and menus for your Thanksgiving dinner via email to Sheryl Curtis, Digital Marketing Manager. The deadline for submissions is November 1.
