Nomination must include general description, specifics and instances of HOW the member you are nominating meets or exceeds expectations in providing customer service. Please share as many examples, stories and details about what the nominee does that they should be recognized for.
Deadline for nominations: All nominations are due by September 1, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., delivered to the Chamber Administrative Office at 45 Sunset or sent via email to Teri Ruiz, Director of Partner Services at email@example.com Nominees will be submitted to a vote by Chamber partners. The winner of that ballot will be presented with the 2017 Customer Service Excellence Award at our Annual Partner Meeting.
