Visitor Center Events Bulletin Board Guidelines
The intent of the Visitor Center Events Bulletin Board is two-fold: inform our out of town visitors of events in Sedona, and to provide our members with another method for promotion of their events.
Its use is restricted to active members of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce - either the venue is a member, the presenter is a member, or any other event deemed appropriate by the Director of Visitor Services or staff.
Postings are made on a first come, first served basis, and as space is available on the Bulletin Board. Items posted are limited to a maximum size of 8 1/2" X 11", portrait or landscape format, and must include member name prominently displayed, member address, date and time of the program/event, telephone number, and fee, if applicable.
Items are posted on Monday and removed on the following Monday. All items will be posted by Visitor Center staff only. Items not posted by staff will be removed.
