"We have found the Sedona Chamber of Commerce to be one of the best resources the lodging industry has in Sedona. Not only are all of the staff, from the Chamber administrative office to the visitors center, amazingly helpful and friendly, but the amount of effort and concern they share for Sedona is refreshing! The Chamber offers several marketing and exposure opportunities and many of them are free or available at a nominal fee. The Sedona Chamber of Commerce, and its kiosk system in particular, has been one of the greatest marketing tools for our hotel. The kiosk system allows us to update our availability and specials seamlessly by providing up to date information to Sedona visitors who may be looking for accommodations. By simply logging in to the Chamber's kiosk portal, we are able to see how many times our special and our listing has been viewed. The kiosk system also features the option of allowing guests to touch the screen and dial directly to the hotel to confirm availability or to make a reservation. This kiosk system has significantly increased the amount of last minute and walk in business the hotel has received. We can't thank the Chamber enough for all of its support and wonderful people."
